Conference Hall in Bld 10 Opens Doors

As of July 7, 2008, BPS tenants and partners will be able to organize seminars, meetings, and other events in the fully renovated conference hall in the atrium of Building 10. On request in advance, the hall can be adjusted to suit your specific requirements. The mobile multifunctional chairs can be easily transformed into small tables, thus allowing the conference room to seat from 30 to 60 people, depending on the set-up. The 115 sq m hall is equipped with a multimedia projector Sanyo PLC-XU35 (featuring a motorized display and remote control), WI-FI Internet, an active mixing desk Yamaha (8 mono, 4 stereo, 2 х 200W), a wireless microphone - tie-pin type, a dynamic wireless microphone, 2 conference microphones for use in meetings; a CD reproducing device, a double reverse cassette deck, a recessed floor box providing 4 data sockets and 6 power sockets, wall-to-wall carpet, aluminium frame windows with blinds.
