We prioritize ESG criteria in all our actions, guided by a structured decision-making process and governance system overseen by our dedicated ESG Committee. The ESG Committee is responsible for directing sustainability initiatives, managing risks, and identifying opportunities across environmental, social, and governance matters.

Business Park Sofia (BPS) is implementing progressive environmental practices for its operations while also offering support to their tenants and other stakeholders in their efforts to address key environmental issues. Our team increasingly and constantly considers environmental impacts across our value chain and take a lifecycle approach to impacts we can have direct control over.
